Agendas are available by 4:00 PM on Thursday preceding the meeting.
Agendas close to Extra Items and changes at 3:00 PM on Mondays.

To speak at a city council meeting you should fill out a “Request to Speak Form”, you may do this online at:

Emails may not be read so phone calls and snail mail are recommended. If you do not get a response call their offices and complain! You are entitled to speak to any public servant, remember as tax payers YOU pay their salaries. Always be respectful!
